Central Bank of Aruba Recruitment Tour Targets Caribbean Professionals in the Netherlands

The Central Bank of Aruba (BCA) is heading to the Netherlands this month on a Central Bank of Aruba recruitment mission, aiming to connect with Caribbean students and professionals interested in building a career on the island.

BCA representatives will be available to meet with prospective candidates across four cities: Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Utrecht, and Groningen.

Event Schedule

April 22 – Rotterdam: BCA will take part in the Return & Rise event, organized by Fraaiwerkt and the Dutch Caribbean Association (DCA) Rotterdam.

April 24–25 – Amsterdam: BCA will have a presence at De Nationale Carrièrebeurs (The National Career Fair) at RAI Amsterdam, located at stand #115.

April 28 – Utrecht & April 29 – Groningen: BCA will host exclusive networking sessions in both cities. Seating is limited at each location.

What to Expect

Attendees will have the chance to learn about current job openings at BCA, gain insight into professional life in Aruba, and understand what it means to work at a central bank.

BCA is currently seeking candidates with HBO and WO level education backgrounds.
