The Aruba Tourism Authority (A.T.A.) has officially announced the third edition of the Autentico Aruba Culinary Festival. The event is scheduled to commence on October 3, with the main festival, The Pavilion, taking place on October 10 and 11.
Following two successful editions, Autentico returns to celebrate the richness of Aruba’s culinary heritage and the cultural diversity that makes the island unique. According to the A.T.A., the festival was created to honor the island’s culinary culture as an expression of identity. Aruba’s cuisine is influenced by more than 100 nationalities, where every dish represents a history of tradition, creativity, and community.
More than a food festival, Autentico serves as a platform for connection. It brings together local chefs, international culinary talent, culinary students, restaurants, and the community. Through food, the festival demonstrates how culture, history, and innovation converge to strengthen Aruba’s position as a destination with authentic experiences.
The third edition will feature “Bucket List Experiences,” “Restaurant Week,” and “The Pavilion,” a vibrant culinary center. These events invite locals and visitors to enjoy the flavors, diversity, and creativity that define Aruba.
