ORANJESTAD (AAN): The Dutch State Secretary for Kingdom Relations, Eric van der Burg, recently paid a courtesy visit to Aruba’s Governor, Alfonso Boekhoudt.
The Aruba Governor State Secretary Meeting took place at the Ceremonial House, where key topics such as the Kingdom Law on Sustainable Public Finances (HOFA) and the recent evaluation of the “Landspakketten” were discussed.
Van der Burg was accompanied by senior officials, including Director-General for Kingdom Relations Barbera Wolfensberger, Dutch Representative Gerbert Kunst, and Deputy Representative Vincent Storimans.
The meeting formed part of ongoing dialogue between Aruba and the Netherlands on governance, financial policy, and cooperation within the Kingdom.
