Aruba's governor received an update on the island's energy transition, including grid upgrades and battery storage backed by a Dutch grant.
Governor Visits Utilities Aruba
Governor of Aruba Alfonso Boekhoudt recently visited Utilities Aruba's new building on Italiëstraat in Oranjestad for a briefing on the Aruba energy transition. According to 24ora, Utilities Aruba managing director Joseph Everon presented the update on behalf of the directors attending from the island's Utilities Group.
Grid and Storage Work Receives Dutch Support
The presentation covered progress on the transition and the infrastructure intended to support it.
