ORANJESTAD (AAN) / THE HAGUE – Aruba’s Minister Plenipotentiary Mildred Schwengle attended the United States’ Freedom 250 Independence Day celebration in The Hague, where she conveyed the Government of Aruba’s congratulations on the nation’s 250th anniversary.
The event, hosted by U.S. Ambassador to the Netherlands Joe Popolo and his wife, Chris Popolo, was held at the Louwman Museum and welcomed numerous distinguished guests.
On behalf of the Government of Aruba, Schwengle congratulated Ambassador Popolo on the historic milestone celebrating 250 years of American independence.
The celebration was also attended by Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten.
