Ginger Werleman of Aruba’s Department of Technical Inspections has completed the PEL Certified Internship Trainer course.
Course focuses on workplace learning
Plataforma Educacion y Labor provided the course to help professionals move from traditional training methods toward approaches centered on learning and practical workplace experience.
The program is designed to strengthen how mentors guide interns, share professional knowledge and structure meaningful on-the-job education.
Certificate presented at DTI
Werleman completed the training and is now equipped to mentor students placed with the department. Acting DTI Director Richella Dorothal attended the certificate presentation.
