Marriott’s Aruba Surf Club has been named the 2025 Resort of the Year for the Florida & Caribbean region by Marriott Vacation Club. This prestigious honor is awarded to resorts that demonstrate outstanding performance across the brand’s primary pillars of success.

The distinction reflects the resort’s high achievement in guest satisfaction, brand standards, employee engagement, operational excellence, safety, sustainability, and innovation.

Joop Bangma, General Manager of Marriott’s Aruba Surf Club, credited the success to the staff. “This recognition came completely thanks to our exceptional team,” Bangma said. “I am very proud of what we have achieved together and very grateful to every team member, whose dedication, passion, and commitment continues to set us apart.”

Being named Resort of the Year serves as a testament to the collaborative spirit, professionalism, and service culture that defines Marriott’s Aruba Surf Club.
