SAVANETA (AAN) – Local authorities dispatched police and ambulance units to the main road in front of Savaneta Kamp on Tuesday afternoon following reports of a traffic accident involving injuries. Emergency responders were directed to the scene immediately after the information was received.
Upon arrival, the patrol investigated the circumstances surrounding the crash. They determined that a vehicle traveling onto the main road had collided with a scooter. The incident occurred when the car driver reportedly failed to notice the motorcyclist, who was traveling with a passenger on the back of the vehicle.
Both occupants of the motorcycle sustained injuries as a result of the collision. Two ambulances attended to the victims at the location. Subsequently, one person was transported to Centro Medico, while the second injured individual was taken to a hospital for further medical attention.
