Post Aruba NV Improves Customer Service with AI

ORANJESTAD (AAN): Post Aruba NV is actively working to enhance its customer service through improvements to existing systems, according to PR representative Corsen.

A key component of this modernization effort is the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to streamline work processes. For instance, when a customer sends an invoice via email, AI can assist in the Customs system to expedite the “clearing” (declaration) process, allowing customers to receive their packages faster.

Currently, Post Aruba still relies on many manual processes and does not utilize robotics. The company aims to build a more robust information database to provide customers, particularly businesses, with greater certainty about the status of their packages and mail.

This upgrade is expected to address recurring complaints about packages that customers believe should have arrived but have not yet received, as the new system will provide precise delivery information.
