ORANJESTAD (AAN): Health authorities in Aruba are warning the public about the dangers of illegal weight loss products circulating in the market.
The Illegal Weight Loss Products Aruba issue was highlighted by Inspector Roselynn Angela from the Department of Medicines, who confirmed that many of these products are being administered through injections by unqualified individuals.
According to officials, some cases involve the reuse of needles on multiple الأشخاص, significantly increasing the risk of serious infections and diseases such as HIV.

Some products are labeled “for research only,” meaning they have not been officially approved for public use, yet are still being sold illegally, including online.
