As part of the Collective Labour Agreement (CAO) process, Fundación Salud Mental Aruba Respaldo and the labor union ABV officially signed the CAO 2026–2028 Protocol on Thursday, January 8, 2026. The protocol formally establishes the agreements that will apply over the next three years.

During the signing ceremony, Gina Maduro, representing ABV, thanked all those present and expressed her satisfaction with the signing of a three-year collective labor agreement. She highlighted that negotiations between ABV and Respaldo were conducted in a flexible and constructive manner, characterized by open communication, transparency, and mutual collaboration.
