This week, Aruba proudly recognized its young baseball talents after outstanding performances at the Big Boys Tournament in Punta Cana. The U-6 Baseball team was crowned champion, while the U-8 team finished as runner-up in the Little League competition, truly living up to the motto “Small players, big dreams.”
Minister of Sports Gerlien Croes took the opportunity to personally congratulate the young athletes, along with their coaches and support staff, praising their hard work, determination, and talent. The minister also thanked them for once again representing Aruba with pride on the international stage.
During the recognition moment, each young player received a commemorative keepsake marking their achievement. Proud coaches and the minister joined the children in celebrating the impressive performances of these talented and courageous young athletes.
