ORANJESTAD (AAN) – John Hart Meets Dutch National Police on Aruba Security as the Chairman of Aruba Parliament’s Permanent Justice Committee held a working meeting with representatives of the Dutch National Police to discuss judicial cooperation, knowledge sharing, and opportunities to strengthen Aruba’s law enforcement capabilities.
Parliamentarian John Hart met with Dick van Leenen of the Afdeling Speur- en Specialistische Dieren of the Dutch National Police. The meeting focused on exchanging expertise and exploring ways to enhance different aspects of Aruba’s judicial and public safety system.
According to Hart, the meeting forms part of Aruba’s ongoing efforts to strengthen strategic partnerships within the Kingdom of the Netherlands through collaboration and the sharing of professional knowledge.
During the discussions, both parties explored the role that specialized police canine units can play in criminal investigations, law enforcement, public safety, and security operations.
