A 57-year-old tourist from the United States was found without vital signs in a room at a Palm Beach hotel on Sunday night, according to DIARIO.
Police and ambulance crews respond
The report said police and two ambulance units went to RIU Palace Antillas on J.E. Irausquin Boulevard shortly after 9 p.m. Responders found the woman without signs of life inside the room.
Police initially secured the room while authorities assessed the circumstances and requested a forensic doctor. The source reported that the doctor officially pronounced the woman dead and attributed the death to a heart attack.
Support provided to relatives
Aruba’s victim-support bureau attended to assist the family, according to the report. No identity was published, and no further information about the woman was available.
