Tsunami is preparing seven songs and seven singers for its next Soca Monarch appearance, according to singer Mitch Almary’s interview with 24ora.
Seven singers continue final rehearsals
Almary said the songs are complete and the group is refining its performance. The report names Galloway, Gigi, Big Reckless, Lady La Rouge, Junior Bass, Easy B and Mitch Almari as the participating singers.
November 11 appearance planned
Tsunami is scheduled to perform on November 11. The prefinal programme is set for November 11 and 12, with the opening day coinciding with the traditional 11-11 start of the Carnival season.
Almary said the November timing gives artists additional preparation time and allows songs to reach audiences before the later Carnival period. His comments describe the band’s preparations, not a completed competition result.
