ORANJESTAD, Aruba – TEAMARU Ready for Santo Domingo and Santa Fe 2026 Games following a special farewell gathering hosted by the Aruba Olympic Committee (COA) ahead of the team’s participation in two major international sporting events.
The farewell meeting took place on Thursday at the headquarters of the Aruba Olympic Committee, where officials presented the final details regarding TEAMARU’s delegations for the Santo Domingo 2026 and Santa Fe 2026 competitions.
During the event, athletes, team officials, and supporters received updates on the preparations, logistics, and objectives for the upcoming Games. The gathering also served as an opportunity to recognize the dedication of the athletes who will represent Aruba on the international stage.
Chef de Mission Rodymar Geerman and Patrick Werleman shared information about the delegations, outlining the team’s preparations and expectations as Aruba gets ready to compete in both events.
The Aruba Olympic Committee expressed confidence in the athletes and wished TEAMARU success as they prepare to represent the island with pride in Santo Domingo 2026 and Santa Fe 2026.
