Bright Summer Festival – Pelican Pier Party

Dance the day away by the sea at the Pelican Pier Party, part of the vibrant Bright Summer Festival.

  • Saturday, August 10, 3 PM–9 PM (18+ only)

With two electrifying DJ stages—Bright and Electric—local talents like IRSAIS, AGUILAR, DJ KASH, and MANYBEAT will set the stage for a thrilling beach party. Enjoy refreshing drinks like Casamigos margaritas, mojitos, and fresh coconuts, all while watching the sunset over the ocean. VIP cabanas are also available. Don’t miss this high-energy celebration!

Dushi Aruba This Way – Party Like a Local! (Weekly)

Every Thursday night, dive into authentic island culture with Dushi Aruba This Way – Party Like a Local, a beachside event at Renaissance Ocean Suites.

  • When: Thursday nights, from 6:30 PM

  • Cost: Approximately $55–59 per adult (kids 6–12 half price)

Enjoy an all-you-can-eat BBQ with a local twist, live brass bands, carnival-style performances, artisan stalls, craft cocktails, and festive dancing under the stars. It’s a fantastic way to connect with Aruba’s vibrant energy and enjoy local flavors.

Bon Bini Festival – Cultural Tuesdays

Get a taste of Aruba’s heritage at the Bon Bini Festival, a weekly tradition held every Tuesday in Oranjestad.

  • When: Tuesdays, 6:30 PM–8:30 PM

  • Entry: Adults ~$10, Kids ~$5

Held in the charming Fort Zoutman courtyard, this folkloric event is filled with traditional dance, steel-pan music, carnival costumes, and local vendors offering handmade crafts and tasty snacks. It’s a great way to immerse yourself in Aruba’s culture.

Why This Blend Works

All-Season Appeal: Aruba’s events calendar is packed with something for every type of traveler—festive buffets, lively beach parties, and authentic cultural showcases.

Island Immersion: Dive into the heart of local life through food, music, dance, and community connection.

Flexible & Fun: Whether you want to enjoy a beach bash on Thursday, a cultural night on Tuesday, or a weekend highlight event, there’s no shortage of activities to fit into your vacation plans.

Insider Tips

  • Book Ahead: Secure your spot for the Christmas buffet and beach festival early, as space is limited.

  • Arrive Early: For the best views and eats at Dushi Aruba or Bon Bini, arrive by 6:15 PM.

  • Bring Cash: Many artisan stalls and entry points prefer cash payments.

  • Dress Smart Casual: For beach parties, lightweight attire is perfect; for Fort Zoutman events, keep it casual with a smart touch.

Celebrate the island spirit this summer in Aruba! Whether you’re enjoying festive buffets, dancing to beach beats, or immersing yourself in the local culture, this summer is filled with unforgettable experiences.
