ORANJESTAD (AAN): In an effort to make life easier and more convenient for its customers, SETAR has announced a significant update to its Self-Service Kiosk services. Starting April 1, 2026, SETAR, in collaboration with WEB, will introduce the option for customers to pay their WEB bills through the Self-Service Kiosk. This is in addition to the existing capabilities of paying SETAR bills and topping up prepaid cell phones.

The Self-Service Kiosk, which has been an essential part of SETAR’s customer service strategy, is now evolving to meet the growing needs of the Aruban community. By integrating the ability to pay both SETAR and WEB bills at the same kiosk, SETAR is offering an even more efficient and time-saving solution for its customers. Customers will no longer need to go to separate locations or wait in line to pay different utility bills, providing them with a streamlined experience that is both convenient and practical.

The introduction of this new service is part of SETAR’s broader commitment to innovation and customer service. By enhancing the Self-Service Kiosk, SETAR is reinforcing its dedication to making digital payment options available to all. This change supports the growing trend of cashless transactions and allows customers to manage their utility payments more easily. Additionally, it aligns with the company’s digital transformation goals, ensuring that they provide fast and reliable services that meet the evolving demands of modern consumers.

The new payment option also supports SETAR’s ongoing efforts to promote its “Skip the Line, BAN ONLINE” campaign. This initiative encourages customers to take advantage of self-service payment methods to save time and avoid queues. SETAR aims to increase accessibility to its services while fostering a more efficient and user-friendly experience for everyone.

Moreover, the expansion of the Self-Service Kiosk service reflects the increasing importance of customer-centric technology. With the new feature, SETAR is not only improving convenience but also contributing to the sustainability and modernization of public services in Aruba.

Customers can now access the Self-Service Kiosk at various locations, including all Teleshops, Conexion Centers, and the Kiosk at the Aruba Airport. With this enhancement, customers are invited to experience the convenience of paying multiple bills in one place, further cementing SETAR’s role as a key player in Aruba’s digital landscape.
