Local law enforcement responded to a traffic incident on Tuesday afternoon near La Granja in Savaneta. The police dispatch received reports of an accident in the area and immediately deployed a patrol unit to assess the situation and secure the scene.
Upon arrival, officers conducted an investigation to determine the cause of the collision. The inquiry revealed that the driver of a Toyota Yaris had failed to adhere to traffic regulations regarding speed and following distance. Consequently, the vehicle struck the rear of a Hyundai Elantra that was traveling ahead on the road.
