ORANJESTAD, Aruba – Police Investigate Firearm Report in Companashi, Aruba after officers responded to information following an incident at a nightclub where a firearm was reportedly displayed.
According to preliminary information, police received a description of a vehicle believed to be connected to the incident. Officers later located a vehicle matching the description parked outside a residence in the Companashi area.
Police stopped to inspect the vehicle and question the individuals present. After conducting their investigation, officers determined that neither the people at the residence nor the vehicle were connected to the reported nightclub incident.
No arrests were made during the police operation, and the individuals were released after officers confirmed they were not involved.
Authorities continue investigating the original report involving the suspected firearm and are working to identify those responsible.
