Early Sunday morning, police were dispatched to Paseo Herencia Mall following reports of a physical altercation. The Noord patrol unit arrived at the scene to address a disturbance involving two individuals.
Upon speaking with security personnel, officers learned that an intoxicated tourist had instigated an argument. The situation reportedly escalated when the individual became aggressive. However, the arrival of officers successfully de-escalated the conflict.
Following the intervention, the tourist calmed down and voluntarily left the premises. The incident was resolved without further violence.
