ORANJESTAD (AAN): Earlier this week, a virtual meeting of the Kingdom of the Netherlands Child Rights Taskforce took place, bringing together representatives from across the Kingdom to discuss progress and strengthen cooperation on children’s rights.

Minister Mervin Wyatt-Ras, together with Minister Gerlien Croes and representatives from DAS, participated in the digital meeting, during which participants shared updates and reinforced collaboration among the countries and islands within the Kingdom.

The meeting focused on the progress of ongoing projects and the coordination of efforts carried out under the Inter-Kingdom Child Rights Taskforce, including the exchange of experiences and future planning. Aruba served as chair of the Taskforce in 2025 and fulfilled its responsibilities with professionalism and dedication.
