The holiday season in San Nicolas recently kicked off with the inauguration of Christmas lights at the Essoville Roundabout, located at the intersection of Bernhardstraat and Schaepmanstraat.
Minister Arthur Dowers praised the creative work, expressing gratitude to everyone who made the project possible. Despite the roundabout’s small size, the team transformed it into a festive “Christmas garden,” featuring perfectly arranged lights, a large Kerstboom, decorative palm symbols, well-maintained landscaping, and even a Santa Claus figure.
Minister Dowers shared a positive holiday message: “The holiday season is a wonderful opportunity to care for our loved ones. Remember to look out for each other and enjoy this special time.”
