ORANJESTAD, Aruba — A MetaCorp Aruba Leadership Meeting brought together MetaCorp CEO Eddie de Veer and Aruba Police Commissioner Ramon Arnhem for an exchange of ideas focused on leadership, organizational development and future cooperation.
The meeting took place at the Justice Centre in Macuarima following an invitation from Commissioner Arnhem.
According to the Aruba Police Force, learning, reflection and inspiration are important elements in the continuing development of strong leadership.
The session gave both leaders an opportunity to discuss their experiences, share perspectives and explore how cooperation between major Aruban institutions can contribute to organizational and community development.
