The Marinierskazerne in Savaneta will open its doors to the public on May 1, 2026. The event, scheduled from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, offers the community a unique opportunity to view the operations of the Marine Corps and other security services.
Visitors can expect impressive demonstrations and interactive activities hosted by the Caribbean Coast Guard, the Aruba Police Force, and the Aruba Fire Department. Activities include navigating with the FRISC fast boat, riding the “Anaconda,” rappelling under supervision, and paintball shooting.
In addition to the security demonstrations, there will be food courts and market tents. A “Super Lottery” will be held, with proceeds going to the charities Fundacion Snoop Doggy and Favi. Live music will be provided by CoolFM and FreshFM throughout the day. The public is encouraged to download the ‘MSK Open Dag’ app for the latest updates.
