ORANJESTAD (AAN) – A semi-frontal collision occurred early Sunday morning in front of the former Talk of the Town, resulting in injuries to one person. Police and ambulance units were immediately dispatched to the location to manage the aftermath and assist at the scene.
Upon investigation, officers determined that a BMW M3 convertible and a Honda CRZ were involved in the accident. The BMW driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle while exiting the Las Americas roundabout. The car veered into the wrong lane and collided head-on with the Honda CRZ. The force of the impact pushed the Honda backward, causing its right wheel to break off and land on the sidewalk.
The driver of the BMW sustained injuries during the collision. Paramedics provided immediate medical attention at the scene before transporting the injured driver to the hospital. Police remained on the scene to handle the necessary procedures following the incident.
