A Grupo di Betico anniversary concert will celebrate the ensemble’s 58 years of Aruban music and year-end tradition on November 5, 2026.
Concert will revisit ten productions
Grupo di Betico plans to perform approximately 50 songs drawn from ten productions during the three-hour “Nostalgia di Fin di Aña” program. According to NoticiaCla, the show will be held at Renaissance Convention Center in Oranjestad.
Gos Oduber will lead the musical direction, with production by Miguel Genser and Maikol Lugo. The program is expected to include lighting and video elements alongside the live performances.
Milestone reflects a tradition dating to 1968
The group traces its history to 1968 and has become closely associated with Aruba’s musical identity and year-end celebrations. Organizers said the anniversary program is intended to bring generations together through songs from across that history.
Doors are scheduled to open at 7 p.m., with the concert beginning at 8 p.m.
