ORANJESTAD (AAN) – Organizers Chill Beer and Elite Empire Entertainment have announced that the Flip Flop Festival 2026 will expand to a two-day event. The festival is scheduled to take place on Friday, June 5, and Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Harbour Arena Aruba.

Argentine reggae fusion artist Dread Mar I has been officially confirmed as the headliner for the newly added Friday night performance. Recognized internationally for hits such as “Tu Señora” and “Hoja en Blanco,” Dread Mar I combines reggae roots with romantic lyrics and Latin urban influences. Organizers noted that the artist has accumulated hundreds of millions of streams and is a popular draw for the region.

Regarding logistics, organizers clarified that tickets already purchased for the festival will provide access to both nights without an additional surcharge. Friday night will feature General Admission and Standing VIP areas, but no VIP tables will be available. Individuals who purchased VIP tables for Saturday will automatically receive Standing VIP access for Friday.
