ORANJESTAD (AAN): The Feria Patriotico 2026 Calls Schools and Cultural Groups to participate in this year’s patriotic celebration, which will take place from March 9 to March 13, 2026, at the Aruba Carnival & Entertainment Village in San Nicolas.
The Commission for the Celebration of National Days (CCDN) has officially extended an invitation to the entire community to attend and actively participate in the grand Feria Patriotico. This year’s edition holds special significance as Aruba celebrates 50 years of its National Anthem and Flag, along with 40 years of Status Aparte.
The Feria Patriotico 2026 Calls Schools and Cultural Groups to contribute creatively to the historic celebration through artistic performances, cultural presentations, and community engagement. Primary and secondary schools are encouraged to involve students in both artistic and volunteer capacities.
Secondary schools may allow students to participate as volunteers in the logistical coordination of the event, giving young people valuable hands-on experience in organizing cultural activities. Both primary and secondary schools can also participate artistically through dance, singing, poetry recitals, theater performances, and other creative expressions.
Cultural institutions, foundations, and social organizations are also invited to join the celebration. They may take part through the “Bon Comun” exhibition area, where booths will be available to showcase products, services, and information to the general public.
The Feria Patriotico 2026 Calls Schools and Cultural Groups as part of the government’s broader initiative to celebrate Aruba’s national milestones in a grand and inclusive way. This year’s fair will run for five consecutive days, ensuring that as many community members as possible can participate in a festive and family-friendly atmosphere.
The event will be held nightly from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and entrance is completely free. Visitors can enjoy traditional food stands, cultural performances, music, dance, art exhibitions, and various patriotic activities designed to highlight Aruba’s heritage.
Organizers emphasize that the celebration is not only about entertainment but also about strengthening national identity and unity. By encouraging schools and cultural groups to participate, the initiative aims to involve multiple generations in honoring Aruba’s history.
Those interested in volunteering or participating artistically can register through the official online link before March 4, 2026.
