Police responded early Friday morning after receiving reports that a vehicle had driven onto the Tanki Leendert roundabout near Jaced Wheels in Aruba.
Officers found that the driver was allegedly under the influence of alcohol after the vehicle became stranded on the roundabout, partially blocking the roadway.
The driver was arrested at the scene, while a tow truck was called to remove the vehicle and clear the road.
Authorities continue to remind motorists not to drive under the influence of alcohol.
