“Baki den Bario” Postponed as Organizers Work on Improvements

The organizers of the popular community initiative Baki den Bario have announced that the next edition will not take place as originally scheduled. The team is currently working on several adjustments to the event’s planning, with the goal of strengthening both the concept and the overall experience for participating neighborhoods.

The program, which falls under the leadership of Premier Mike Eman, was launched as part of an ongoing effort to promote environmental awareness and shared responsibility for keeping the island clean and protecting its surroundings. Looking Ahead: A Bigger, More Sustainable Impact

Behind the scenes, organizers are evaluating how Baki den Bario can evolve to create a more lasting impact across different neighborhoods. The focus remains firmly on two pillars: community participation and sustainability. By taking the time to refine the format, the team hopes to deliver an improved experience that better serves residents and the island as a whole.
