THE HAGUE – Families in Aruba will be able to watch the arrival of students traveling to the Netherlands for higher education through a live Facebook broadcast organized by the Cabinet of the Minister Plenipotentiary of Aruba.
On August 6, 2026, when most of the students arrive at Schiphol Airport, the Arubahuis will provide live coverage of the official welcome.
The initiative aims to allow relatives and friends in Aruba to share in the students’ first moments in the Netherlands as they begin a new chapter in their academic journey.
During the livestream, students will also have the opportunity to share their first impressions and send greetings to their loved ones back home.
