ORANJESTAD – The Aruba Tourism Authority had the great pleasure of honoring Mr. Ralph & Mrs. Virginia Ryan from East Hanover, New Jersey, as Emerald Ambassadors of Aruba. The award recognizes their continued loyalty and love for the island, marking their 35+ years of visits to the “One Happy Island.”

This prestigious honor was presented by Mr. Jorgino Willems of the Aruba Tourism Authority, alongside staff members of Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort. The ceremony was a token of appreciation from the Minister of Tourism, symbolizing the Ryans’ dedication to Aruba over the decades.

The Reasons for Returning to Aruba

When asked about what brings them back year after year, the Ryans shared their love for Aruba’s sun, sand, friendly people, diverse restaurants, and exceptional safety. These elements have made Aruba their home away from home, where they continue to create lasting memories on each visit.

The Aruba Tourism Authority is deeply grateful to the Ryans for choosing Aruba as their favorite vacation destination and for being part of the island’s extended family.

Masha Danki (thank you) to Mr. Ralph & Mrs. Virginia Ryan for their continued visits and dedication to making Aruba a cherished home away from home. Your loyalty is appreciated, and Aruba looks forward to welcoming you back for many more years of memorable vacations.
