A joint Aruba resort job fair organized by The St. Regis Aruba Resort and The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba drew substantial interest from people exploring hospitality careers.
Two resorts presented current openings
Arantxa Sanchez, human resources manager at The Ritz-Carlton, told 24ora that the two properties joined forces so prospective employees could learn about different departments and available positions. Representatives from several departments took part.
Food and beverage roles attracted attention
The event ran from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sanchez said food and beverage and kitchen positions were among the areas drawing the strongest interest. The resorts have held the job fair annually and continued the initiative after the previous event’s results.
