The Aruba Ports Authority employee service awards ceremony took place over the weekend, as management honored several staff members for their many years of loyal and dedicated service to Aruba Ports Authority N.V.
During the special ceremony, management expressed deep appreciation for the commitment and professionalism shown by employees who have contributed decades of service to the organization.
Michael Koolman was honored for 35 years of service, while Gerrit Martis received recognition for 30 years. Amanda Lampe-Bislip was celebrated for reaching 25 years of service.
Employees recognized for 20 years of service included Eugene Tromp, Jean-Pierre Briezen, and Roderick Ridderstap. Rosie Arends was honored for 15 years, and Kelvin Giel received recognition for 10 years of dedicated service.
Management thanked all honorees for their hard work, loyalty, and valuable contributions throughout the years, emphasizing that their dedication plays an essential role in keeping Aruba’s port operations strong and moving forward.
