ORANJESTAD, Aruba — Aruba Netherlands Talks focused on strengthening cooperation within the Kingdom as Minister Plenipotentiary Mildred Schwengle paid an official courtesy visit to Dutch Foreign Affairs Minister Tom Berendsen in The Hague.
