ORANJESTAD, Aruba — Aruba Fashion Week 2026 will celebrate its 10th anniversary with a special edition called “Winds of Fashion,” scheduled for November 19 to 22 at Tierra del Sol Aruba.
The event marks a decade since Aruba Fashion Week was founded in 2016. Over the past 10 years, the platform has grown into an international event connecting fashion, tourism, business and lifestyle while helping promote Aruba as a premium Caribbean destination.
Organizers say Aruba Fashion Week 2026 will continue the event’s mission of showcasing the island internationally while creating opportunities for designers, brands, sponsors and strategic partners.
Through global campaigns, international press tours and collaborations with journalists, content creators and industry leaders, Aruba Fashion Week has helped increase exposure for both Aruba and participating brands in local and international markets.
Fashion Meets Business and Tourism
Aruba Fashion Week has developed beyond a traditional fashion event. The platform also serves as a commercial opportunity for designers and brands interested in entering or expanding within Aruba’s premium market.
Its runway program, showroom activities and wholesale opportunities connect participating brands with buyers, retailers, consumers and potential business partners.
The combination of fashion, commerce and tourism has become a major part of the platform’s identity.
Supporting Aruban Designers
Supporting local creative talent has also remained central to Aruba Fashion Week since its creation.
Aruban designers who have participated over the years include Ronchi de Cuba, Maison Ryon, Andrew Steba, Javan Croes, Gigliola Arendsz, María Teresa Madariaga and Quiana Cronie.
Cronie recently represented Aruba internationally when she presented at New York Fashion Week in 2025 through the Aruba Fashion Week platform.
Organizers say opportunities like these help introduce Aruba’s creative identity to international audiences while providing local designers with greater visibility.
Four Days of Fashion at Tierra del Sol
For its anniversary edition, Tierra del Sol Aruba will become the main venue for Aruba Fashion Week 2026.
The four-day program will begin on Thursday, November 19, with an official opening celebration.
The schedule will continue with two days of fashion shows, a three-day fashion showroom, Fashion Talks, networking sessions and lifestyle experiences.
The event will conclude on Sunday, November 22, with a program dedicated to wellness and the Aruban lifestyle.
JOIA Aruba by Iberostar will serve as the Official Accommodation Host for the event and will welcome international guests attending the anniversary celebration.
As Aruba Fashion Week 2026 enters a new decade, organizers say the mission remains focused on promoting Aruba worldwide, supporting local creative talent and connecting designers and international brands with one of the Caribbean’s premium markets.
