The Aruba court has listed criminal hearings for October 1 and October 9, 2026. The published docket from the Court of First Instance includes drug, assault, threat, weapons and robbery allegations.
AWE24 published the court schedule, which identifies defendants only by initials. All accusations remain allegations unless and until proven in court.
Nine hearings listed for October 1
The October 1 schedule begins at 8:30 a.m. and lists nine matters. The allegations include violations of Aruba’s drug laws, assault, property damage, threats and possession of firearms, marijuana or cocaine.
Several cases involve more than one alleged offense. The final hearing on the October 1 docket is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
Three matters scheduled for October 9
