ORANJESTAD, Aruba – AHATA is once again offering a specialized workshop through the CHTA Education Foundation after three consecutive years of success.
Around 100 supervisors and managers from across Aruba are participating in the intensive two-day training program during the month of May to strengthen their supervisory and leadership skills.
According to organizers, enthusiasm for the workshop has been strong, with all available spots filling quickly.
The practical and interactive program is designed to support supervisors and managers from various companies by helping them improve leadership effectiveness while increasing both employee and customer satisfaction.
The workshops are being led by Louise John and Suzanne Shillingford-Brooks from Talkabout & Earth Solutions, serving as facilitators for the CHTA Education Foundation.
AHATA President and CEO Tisa LaSorte stated that the organization remains committed to supporting workforce development and helping professionals build successful careers that contribute to Aruba’s productive economy.
AHATA also expressed appreciation for its partnership with the CHTA Education Foundation and the support received from La Cabana Beach Resort and Eagle Aruba Resort in helping share program costs.
