Planning a trip to Aruba? This A-to-Z guide is your go-to list for unforgettable activities across the island. In Part 1, we explore things to do from A to H, covering natural wonders, top beaches, outdoor adventures, and romantic escapes.

A – Arikok National Park

Covering 18% of Aruba, Arikok National Park offers a rugged landscape filled with lava formations, dunes, caves, and beaches. Explore by rental car, 4×4, or join an El Tours off-road safari to see park highlights like the natural bridge, donkey sanctuary, Alto Vista Chapel, and Seroe Colorado. Hikers and bikers will also find scenic trails and diverse wildlife.

B – Baby Beach

Located in the southeast of Aruba, Baby Beach is ideal for families and those seeking calm, shallow waters. The protected lagoon offers safe swimming and plenty of shade under palapas. Just remember to stay within the lagoon—currents can get strong beyond the reef. It’s a quiet, relaxing beach, far from the hustle of the hotel zones.

C – Catamaran Cruise

Set sail on a catamaran cruise for a unique way to experience Aruba’s coastline. Pelican Adventures offers custom-built catamarans with shaded areas and trampolines, perfect for snorkeling, sunbathing, and sipping cocktails while sailing the Caribbean Sea.

E – Eagle Beach

Frequently ranked among the best beaches in the world, Eagle Beach is famous for its soft white sands, turquoise waters, and tranquil atmosphere. Located in front of the low-rise hotel area, it’s ideal for a relaxing beach day, sunset viewing, or snapping photos next to Aruba’s iconic divi tree.

F – Fishing

Looking for an exciting challenge? Book a fishing charter at the Renaissance Marina. Whether you’re after sailfish, tuna, or marlin, Aruba offers prime fishing conditions. Many charters allow you to keep your catch and even help arrange for it to be cooked at local restaurants.

G – Golf

Tee off in paradise! Aruba is home to three golf courses:

  • Aruba Golf Club: A rustic 9-hole course near San Nicolas.

  • The Links: Located at Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort.

  • Tierra del Sol: A world-class 18-hole course with stunning views.

Each offers rentals, lessons, and tournaments—perfect for golfers of all levels.

H – Honeymoon

Aruba is a dream honeymoon destination. Ride horses through the countryside with guided tours to Bushiribana Gold Mines, Wariruri Beach, and the Ostrich Farm, or dine at Atardi, a romantic beachfront restaurant known for its sunset dinners and fine cuisine. Looking to tie the knot? Aruba also offers breathtaking wedding venues and planning services.
