Milestone Achievement: Wastewater System Complete
We are thrilled to announce the completion of the project’s wastewater collection system—a major milestone in our commitment to sustainability. This state-of-the-art system ensures that 100% of water used within the development is recycled, reinforcing Orquidea Residences as a model of modern, environmentally responsible living in Aruba.
Steady Progress Amidst Weather Challenges
While we celebrate our advancements, it’s important to acknowledge the recent challenges faced due to unseasonably high rainfall across Aruba. The excess precipitation necessitated extensive soil testing and compaction, which caused a slight delay in the commencement of road construction.
Despite these setbacks, our dedicated construction team has worked diligently to maintain momentum. We are pleased to report that substantial progress has been made, and paving is scheduled to begin next week.
In collaboration with Aruba’s Public Works Department, we’ve also implemented enhancements to the community layout, optimizing the placement of villas and condominiums for functionality and long-term value.
