The Aruba volleyball championship for the 2026–2027 season begins Friday, October 23, with youth women’s U-17 and U-19 matches, according to an Aruba Volleyball Association announcement reported by 24ora.
Opening matches at POVA and in Noord
Friday’s program starts at 6 p.m. at POVA. On Saturday, October 24, mixed U-13 teams and U-15 teams begin playing at 2 p.m. at the Frans Figaroa Sports Complex in Noord.
Regular-season games use three-set format
Matches in the regular round will be played as best-of-three contests. The first two sets are played to 25 points. If teams split those sets, a deciding third set is played to 15.
Saturday venue changes in January
Saturday games remain at the Frans Figaroa complex through December 12. In January, the Saturday program moves to Centro Deportivo Betico Croes. Men’s and senior divisions are due to begin in January 2027, the association said.
