Noah treatment fundraiser aruba seeks support for specialized colombia care

The Noah treatment fundraiser Aruba campaign has been launched to help a six-year-old boy receive specialized therapy and medical care in Colombia.

According to his family, Noah has faced significant mobility and communication challenges since early childhood and requires treatment that they say is not currently available in Aruba.

When Noah was around 12 months old, his parents noticed problems affecting his legs. He later received treatment involving casts and eventually underwent surgery.

Before the operation, his family says Noah was able to say several words, sit independently, stand with support and take small steps.

Following surgery, however, they report that he lost several of those abilities and became increasingly stiff, making it more difficult for him to sit, stand, walk or speak independently.

Treatment in Colombia

According to the family, specialists in Colombia later diagnosed Noah with cerebral palsy and recommended intensive therapy along with Botox treatment.

His relatives say he showed meaningful improvement after receiving this care, giving them hope that continued treatment could help him make further progress.

The family says intensive therapy of this type is not currently available in Aruba and that continued treatment abroad has become difficult to secure through the usual coverage process.

As a result, they have launched a GoFundMe campaign.

Fundraising Goal Set at $50,000

The campaign aims to raise US$50,000 to support Noah’s ongoing care in Colombia.

According to the family, the funds would be used for specialized treatment, intensive therapy, travel expenses, accommodation, medical equipment and continued care.

They hope Noah can travel to Colombia regularly to continue treatment and rehabilitation.

The family emphasized that donations of any size can contribute toward his care.

People who are unable to make a financial contribution are also being encouraged to share the campaign with relatives, friends and others who may be able to help.

Donations can be made through the family’s GoFundMe campaign at:

The family has also provided a direct bank-transfer option through Maria Altagracia Willems at Banco di Caribe, account 81164401.

Through the Noah treatment fundraiser Aruba campaign, the family hopes to secure continued specialized care while giving Noah more opportunities to improve his mobility, communication and independence.
