ORANJESTAD (AAN) – Aruba Artistic Swimming Team Prepares for CAC Games 2026 as the Aruba Olympic Committee (COA) met with the Artistic Swimming Commission of the Aruba Aquatics Federation (AAF) to review the team’s preparations for the 2026 Central American and Caribbean Games in Santo Domingo.
During the technical meeting held last week, officials discussed the athletes’ current training program and their progress as they prepare to represent Aruba at one of the region’s premier multi-sport events. The meeting focused on evaluating the team’s readiness and the ongoing work being carried out by the coaching staff.
The artistic swimming team is currently following an intensive training schedule under the guidance of head coach Kimberly Vinck and Ukrainian coach Iryna Grebennikova. In addition to daily pool sessions, the athletes are completing physical conditioning in the gym while also developing their acrobatic skills through gymnastics training to enhance strength, flexibility, and performance.
According to the federation, all members of the team remain highly motivated and continue to make steady progress in their athletic development. The comprehensive training program is designed to prepare the swimmers for the technical and artistic demands of international competition.
