The Rotaract Club of Aruba hosted the 11th edition of its annual YOU Inc. Seminar on Friday, June 5, 2026. Dedicated to personal and professional development, the event was held in San Nicolas and centered on the “Orange Economy.” This theme encompasses creative industries such as art, design, music, cinema, and digital media, sectors that the Rotaract Club believes require greater attention.
In a first for the seminar, organizers utilized an open-air venue in San Nicolas to reflect the creative nature of the topic. The evening began with a panel discussion featuring young creators Mauro Caralps, Rocco Franken, Julissa Ras, and Sharkk Gario. These panelists shared honest reflections on their careers and the realities of the local creative landscape.
Attorney Lincoln “Dello” Gomez provided the keynote address, offering a powerful explanation on protecting creativity and intellectual property. He urged the audience to “create, own, protect, and grow.”
