Jovita Andrade was declared the absolute winner of the Festival Canto na Portugues, an event held on Saturday, June 6, 2026. The competition took place in connection with the celebration of Dia di Portugal, creating a special evening focused on culture, music, and joy. Attendees gathered to enjoy an environment that highlighted Portuguese party traditions and community spirit.
A total of nine participants took to the stage to demonstrate their talent by interpreting songs in the Portuguese language. The contestants included Felix (Wiwi) Piña, Mariana Pascual, José Fernandes Perna, José de Canha, Bella Andrade, Moisés Dumfries, Lina Andrade, Jovita Andrade, and Clark Martina. Each performer shared their love for Portuguese music, contributing to a memorable night filled with emotion and cultural pride.
The festivities were accompanied by live music from the Biba Lekker Band, establishing a unique environment rooted in tradition and social gathering.
