SETAR Launches “Sali Conecta” Service

SETAR launched its new service, “Sali Conecta,” on June 1, 2026, introducing a solution designed to eliminate waiting times for new internet customers. The service is available to clients applying for fixed internet connections for their homes or for small and medium-sized businesses. By activating service immediately upon request, SETAR aims to address the urgency of connectivity needs.

Under the “Sali Conecta” plan, customers receive a modem right away, allowing them to connect to the internet without delay. This immediate access is made possible through SETAR’s 5G network, which has been installed at all cell sites throughout Aruba. The device serves as a temporary measure, ensuring that clients have a fast internet connection while they await the completion of the physical installation at their specific location.

The program is structured as a temporary loan of the equipment. Once the fixed internet installation is successfully completed at the client’s property, the temporary modem must be disconnected. SETAR mandates that the device be returned within two weeks to any Teleshop or to the Sales Medium & SOHO team. This process is intended to provide a flexible and efficient transition to permanent service.
