This morning, a 32-year-old man identified as S. appeared before the Court to receive his sentence for the Raping 15 Year Old Girl identified as M. The incident occurred on February 27, 2025. The Judge sentenced S. to four years in prison, reducing the Prosecutor’s demand to ensure the defendant can receive mandatory rehabilitation guidance.
During the proceedings, the Prosecutor detailed how S. provided the minor with alcoholic beverages, leading her to suffer a blackout. Upon waking in an apartment, the victim reported pain and realized S. was penetrating her with his finger. The victim stated she struggled with S., sustaining a leg injury. She subsequently went to Insam, where an investigation confirmed the rape. S. admitted to having sexual relations with the minor but claimed she began crying during the act.
While the Prosecutor had demanded a prison sentence of four years and six months, the Court imposed a four-year sentence. The reduced sentence allows for “Reclasering” (probation services) to guide S. during his probation period to prevent future offenses.
