The Ombudsman Aruba information session interest has been very high, with both upcoming sessions fully booked within days.

The Ombudsman of Aruba announced that informational sessions will be held on May 5 and May 7 for institutions that fall under the National Ombudsman Ordinance. Due to strong demand, both sessions reached full capacity quickly, and no further registrations are currently being accepted.

During these sessions, Ombudsman Jurima Bryson will provide information on the Ombudsman law, as well as the role and responsibilities of the office. The sessions will also cover standards of proper conduct, how institutions should handle complaints, and the rights of citizens to file complaints.

The Ombudsman Aruba information session interest reflects the importance of strengthening communication between institutions and the Ombudsman’s office. In addition to online communication, the Ombudsman emphasized the value of direct, in-person engagement.

Looking ahead, the Ombudsman also plans to expand outreach by visiting different neighborhoods, making it easier for citizens to file complaints closer to home.

For more updates, the public can visit the official website or follow the Ombudsman on social media.
