Start a Career in Law Enforcement with the KPA

The Aruba Police Force (KPA) has announced the opening of applications for the “Medewerker Veiligheidszorg” (Security Care Worker) Level 2 position. The organization is seeking candidates between the ages of 17 and 34 who are interested in a career in law enforcement and serving the community.

The recruitment drive, open from April 28 to June 5, 2026, invites young people to join the police force and contribute to national safety. The position offers opportunities for personal development, career growth within the police ranks, and a competitive salary structure. Applicants will undergo training to learn judicial laws, procedures, and operational standards.

To be eligible, candidates must hold Dutch nationality, be registered and reside in Aruba, and possess a MAVO, EPI, EPB Doorstroom diploma or an equivalent qualification. Physical requirements include a minimum height of 1.60 meters without shoes. Interested individuals are invited to apply in person at the Police School E.J. Watty Vos, located at Fort Zuurstraat 25, Monday through Thursday between 09:00 and 14:00.
